Privacy policy
How WealthWithSG handles personal information. We collect as little as we can and ask before loading any third-party form.

Who we are
WealthWithSG is a trading-education website for Shailesh Gour. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean WealthWithSG. The site provides educational content only; see the risk disclaimer.
What we collect
- Information you give us. If you complete the interest form on the Learn with SG page, we receive the details you choose to enter, such as your name, contact details, trading experience, the markets that interest you and your learning goals.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
- Tools in your browser. The risk calculator, pre-trade checklist and trade journal run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or saved on our servers.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and understand what you would like to learn.
- To tell you about learning resources, live sessions and updates, if you asked to hear from us.
- To run, secure and improve the website.
Consent
The interest form is provided by a third party (Tally). Before it loads, the page asks you to agree to loading it. You can decline and still use the rest of the site. If you submit the form you agree to us using your answers for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect use of your information before you withdrew.
Who else handles your information
- Tally (tally.so) hosts and processes the interest form and stores your answers on our behalf.
- Vercel (vercel.com) hosts the website and records server logs.
- YouTube, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp. Links to our channels take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. We do not control what they collect.
We do not sell your personal information. Some of these providers may process data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep interest-form details only as long as needed to respond to you and to share learning updates you asked for, and we delete them on request. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. For now, send your request through the interest form and mention that it is a privacy request. A dedicated email address will be added here. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may raise a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we use reputable providers. No online service is completely secure, so please do not share passwords, account numbers, one-time passwords or identity documents through the form or any of our channels.
Changes to this policy
We will update the date above whenever this policy changes.
