015 minutes

One candle. Four numbers. No prediction required.

Start with the language

TRY IT / HISTORICAL OR PAPER EXAMPLES

Choose any historical candle. Write its open, high, low and close, then describe its body and wicks in one sentence.

Before moving on

Can you describe what happened without guessing what happens next?

0210 minutes

Zoom out before giving a move a name.

Give the chart context

TRY IT / HISTORICAL OR PAPER EXAMPLES

Mark three recent swing highs and lows on a historical chart. Compare your description on two timeframes. Write down what would change your view.

Before moving on

Can you explain both your interpretation and what could make it wrong?

0310 minutes

A small chart move can still mean a large exposure.

Practise the risk arithmetic

TRY IT / HISTORICAL OR PAPER EXAMPLES

Try a fictional account of 10,000, a 1% risk input, entry 100 and stop 95. The whole-unit example gives 20 units. Change the stop to 90: what happens to size? These inputs are an exercise, not recommended settings.

Before moving on

Can you explain why doubling the stop distance halves the whole-unit size when the budget stays fixed?

0415 minutes

Watch with a notebook instead of a buy button.

Review a session, not just a result

TRY IT / HISTORICAL OR PAPER EXAMPLES

Open a replay. Pause before a decision and write what you can observe, what remains uncertain and what would invalidate the idea. Resume and review what changed. Do not copy historical entries.

Before moving on

Can you separate the original reasoning from what you only learned afterward?

Learning is a loop, not a finish line.

Completion records your own progress. It is not a qualification or an assessment of readiness to trade. Return to the steps whenever a chart or a question feels unclear.

Take your notes into the journal

Your next step

Keep learning. Stay connected.

Watch a session, explore a lesson, and bring your questions to the community. Ek concept at a time.
